Terms and Conditions for Hybrid Trucking LLC

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of Hybrid Trucking Services LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using our services.

2. Services Provided

We provide truck dispatch services, including but not limited to negotiating freight rates, managing paperwork, and coordinating logistics. All services are subject to availability and applicable regulations.

3. Payment and Fees
  • ✔ Payments must be made as per the agreed contractual terms.
  • ✔ Late payments may incur additional fees or service suspension
  • ✔ All transaction costs, including banking fees, are the responsibility of the client.
4. Client Responsibilities
  • ✔ Clients must provide accurate and complete information for service fulfillment.
  • ✔ Any changes to agreed terms must be communicated in writing.
  • ✔ Clients are responsible for compliance with all relevant transportation laws and regulations.
5. Liability and Disclaimers
  • ✔ Hybrid Trucking Services LLC is not responsible for damages, losses, or delays caused by third parties or unforeseen circumstances.
  • ✔ We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
6. Confidentiality

All client information and business transactions are treated as confidential. We will not disclose such information except as required by law or authorized by the client

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services if a client breaches these terms, fails to make payments, or engages in fraudulent or unlawful activities.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through arbitration or mediation before seeking legal recourse. The laws of the United States shall govern these terms.

SMS Terms & Conditions

1. SMS Consent Communication

Information (Phone Numbers) obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

2. Types of SMS Communications:
  • If consent has been given to receive text messages from Hybrid TRUCKING SERVICES, messages may be received related to the following:
  • if the consent has been given to receive text messages from Hybrid Trucking Service, messages may be received related to Conversational pupose! to establish effective two way communication with our customers
  • Example: “Hello, this is a reminder of your Tomorrow Load Appt from HEXATRONIC SC at 10.00 AM”. Please respond back for confirmation with ETA
  • Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messaging at any time.
3. Message Frequency:

Message frequency may vary depending on the type of communication. For example, up to [50] SMS messages per week may be received related to [Pickups, drop offs, ETA updates and Billing inquiries]. Example: “Message frequency may vary. You may receive up to 9 SMS messages per week regarding your Scheduled Loads or account status

4. Potential Fees for SMS Messaging:

Standard message and data rates may apply, depending on the carrier’s pricing plan. These fees may vary if the message is sent domestically or internationally.

5. Opt-In Method:

Opt-in to receive SMS messages from Hybrid TRUCKING SERVICES can be done in the following ways: They Fiil out an online form They reply “STOP” via Text, or verbally tell us not to get more services

6. Opt-Out Method:

Opting out of receiving SMS messages can be done at any time by replying “STOP” to any SMS message received. Alternatively, direct contact can be made to request removal from the messaging list.

7. Help:
  • For any issues, reply with the keyword HELP. Alternatively, help can be obtained directly from us via email info@hybridtruckingllc.com
  • If SMS messages are not desired, the SMS consent box on forms can be left unchecked.
8. Standard Messaging Disclosures:
